Refunds

Refunds and product exchanges can only be granted within 30 days from the date of purchase. For a refund you must send your product to the following address:

The product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging. In order to complete your refund, we require proof of purchase. Please do not send your product to the manufacturer, but to the address above.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and verified your refund, we will notify you via email of the approval or denial of your refund request. If approved, the refund process will begin and you will be automatically refunded to your account (credit card or original method of payment) within a few days.

If you still haven't received the refund, please check your bank account first and then contact your credit card company. It may take a few days for the refund to be reflected in your bank system. Reduced price items (if applicable)

Unfortunately, we can only refund regular priced products.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange your product for the same product, please contact us by email or post at the addresses below and also send your damaged product to the postal address provided:

Gifts - If your product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will be emailed a voucher for the value of the refund once we have received your damaged product.

If the product has not been marked as a gift or sent to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
