Refunds

Refunds and product exchanges can only be granted within 30 days from the date of purchase. For a refund you must ship your product to the following address:

The product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging. To complete your refund we require proof of purchase. Please do not send your product to the manufacturer, but to the address above.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and reviewed your refund, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund process will begin and you will automatically receive the appropriate amount refunded to your account (credit card or original payment method) within a few days.

If you have not received the refund yet, please check your bank account first and then contact your credit card company. It may take a few days for the refund to appear in your banking system. Reduced price items (if applicable)

Unfortunately, we can only refund regular priced products.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange your product for the same product, please contact us by email or post at the addresses below and also send your damaged product to the postal address provided:

Gifts - If your product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a voucher worth the refund via email once we receive your damaged product.

If the product was not marked as a gift or sent to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
