Refunds and exchanges of products can only be granted up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
For a refund, you must send your product to the following address:

The product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. In addition, it must be returned in its original packaging.
In order to complete your refund, we need proof of purchase.
Please do not send your product to the manufacturer, but to the above address.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and verified your refund, we will notify you by email of the approval or denial of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be initiated and you will automatically receive the appropriate credit back to your account (credit card or original payment method) within a few days.
Late or no refund (if applicable)
If you haven't received the refund yet, first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company. It may take a few days for the refund to be reflected in your banking system. Price reduced items (if applicable) Unfortunately, we can only refund products that have been purchased at the regular price.
Exchange (where applicable) We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange your product for the same product, please contact us by email or post at the addresses below and also send your damaged product to the postal address:

Gifts If your product was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will be emailed a voucher to the value of the refund once we have received your damaged product.
If the product was not marked as a gift or sent to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
